Cocktails, Mixed Drinks & Recipes using Forest Berry Liqueur

Kir Royale
3/4 oz. Forest Berry Schnapps, Champagne
Pour Forest Berry Schnapps in bottom of Wine glass or flute, Fill with champagne, Garnish with a twist.
1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth, 3/4 oz. Forest Berry Schnapps, Soda
Stir Vermouth & Forest Berry Schnapps, in a Highball glass, add Soda & stir again.
1/2 pint Lager
1/2 pint Cider
2 splashes Forest Berry Schnapps
Mixing instructions:
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a Pilsner glass, then add the Forest Berry Schnapps until drink is purple in color.
1 Pint Fresh Blueberries
1/4 Cup Forest Berry Schnapps
4 Shortcakes
Whipped Cream
In a bowl, combine blueberries and Forest Berry Schnapps. Allow to soak 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. To serve, drizzle some of the Forest Berry Schnapps on shortcakes. Add a layer of whipped cream, then the blueberry mix. Pour remaining Forest Berry Schnapps over blueberries and top with a dab of whipped cream.
