Equal parts of; Raspberry Schnapps, Irish Cream Liqueur, and Mariner's Liquor
Layer in exact order in a Pony or Shot glass

1/3 Mariner's Liquor
1/3 Dry Gin
1/6 Orange juice
1/6 Lemon juice

Combine in a shaker, add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

1/3 Mariner’s Liquor
1/3 Mexican Coffee liqueur
1/3 Irish Cream liqueur

Pour delicately on a bar spoon the Mexican Coffee liqueur, the Irish Cream then the Mariner's Liquor into a shooter glass.

Serve without mixing.

Margarita
1/3 Mariner's Liquor
1/3 tequila
1/3 freshly squeezed lime juice

Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip into salt.

Fill a tall shaker with ice. Add the lime juice, the Mariner’s Liquor liqueur and the tequila. Add sugar to taste. Shake and pour into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream
8 ounces milk
1 cup sugar
1 quart heavy cream, whipped
3 cups ripe strawberries, crushed and sweetened to taste
2 tablespoons Mariner's Liquor

Beat the egg yolks lightly in a the top of a double boiler; set aside. In another saucepan combine milk and sugar; heat thoroughly. Do not boil. Pour milk mixture over the egg yolks, while whisking constantly. Cook mixture in a double boiler over simmering water until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and chill. Fold in the whipped cream and 2 cups of the crushed berries. Add Mariner's Liquor and freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Serve ice cream with the remaining berries, flavored with a little port wine, if desired. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
